***Bookings require a deposit by cheque of $400. The remainder payment along with a damage deposit of $300 must be received no later than two weeks prior to booking. The damage deposit is refundable assuming no problems within two weeks after your departure. Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday, with arrivals after 3 pm, and departures by 10 am.
