As our population ages, the demand for retirement homes
and vacations properties has increased exponentially
- and Torontonians are not only looking northward to
Muskoka or west toward Caledon. There is now a huge
amount of interest in areas east of Toronto, such as
Prince Edward County. Located two hours east of the
city and just south of Belleville, "The County"
was settled in the early 1800's by United Empire Loyalists.
Its architecture is distinctively "Loyalist"
and it has retained a particular cultural personality,
perhaps because it's an island in Lake Ontario. It offers
terrific beaches, a thriving artistic community, several
lovely towns including Wellington, Bloomfield and Picton
and the well-known Sandbanks Provincial Park.
Since buying a house in Picton in the summer of 2001,
I have become active in the local real estate market
and I've had the opportunity to introduce many Torontonians
to "The County".
These are some of my recent sales:

If you are interested in the Prince Edward County real
estate market, let me know. I keep a close eye on new
listings as they come up and I work closely with local
agents who also keep me fully informed. Together wed
love to help you investigate a new home in The
County.

Step back in time… and find your future!
