A few years ago I noticed that buyers were beginning
to express more and more interest in income properties.
For those of us of a certain age, they are a terrific
alternative to condominiums; they provide another style
of living from a regular house, they provide revenue
or a secondary suite for family members and they can
often be found in excellent mid-town locations where
no suitable condominium projects exist. For people with
weekend properties outside the city, a duplex (or triplex)

town.
I bought a duplex myself a year ago in the Annex and
it has turned out to be a great investment, as well
as a very comfortable home.
